When can I ask for a refund?
Magenta can only facilitate returns if a product is defective. We cannot do so in the case that you have changed your mind, or did not like a particular product.
Time frame
You must make us aware of your intent to return the item within 10 days. The item must have been returned to Magenta within 30 days.

You must return your item with the receipt from purchase. Please keep your receipts
Shipping on returns – who pays?
Magenta will pay for the cost of returning a defective item. Unfortunately we cannot refund you the original shipping cost. Magenta can reimburse you for the cost of the item plus return shipping via;
- Paypal
- Cash
- Bank transfer
Magenta can also provide you with credit to the value of the refund amount, to use in our shop.
It is recommended to ship goods back to Magenta using Australia Post or an equivalent secure postal service and ensure a tracking number is provided. If tracking is not purchased, and a parcel being returned is delayed or lost, this is not the responsibility of Magenta and must be taken up directly with your chosen postal service provider.
